Love the fact that you have a jet Jacuzzi tub in every room. It was pretty cool with the sky painted on the ceiling but it could have a taller ceiling.

From the outside it looks clean'but old and is. However the rooms are clean and appear to be recently remodeled. The internet is spotty so if you need it make sure to tell them when considering the room. The couple that run the place were always nice and accommodating. They have rooms with microwaves and micro fridges as well as full kitchens in some. I stayed here for 4 months and never had a single issue or any theft problems. The whole site is monitored by camera. They do expect you to maintain respect for the other guests and will not tolerate complaints or any seedy activity. So if you are looking for quite, comfortable, and affordable, this is your place. If you are looking for a party spot look elsewhere.

This place is comfortable cozy and nice and it has a jacuzzi in the room couldn't ask for more and it's affordable

I gotta say, I'm pretty impressed. Looks like they took and older run down motel and fixed it up nice. The rooms are very nicely updated with a huge spa, great lighting and large TV. The service was also outstanding. Easy check in process, and when I needed to check out 2 days early, they had no issues with it. Without question, they credited the remaining days back to my card. Very easy. The only down side is the neighborhood. Not the best part of town, though I felt OK in the property with lots of cameras around. The cars driving down the busy street are loud, setting off all the annoying car alarms all night long, plus various sirens on the busy road. Not their fault, but still worth mentioning. If the noise isn't an issue, then by all means check this place out.

Stayed only one night but I must say WOW! I was not expecting my booking to go so smoothly. I booked third party and upon arrival was greatest promptly. Staff was very nice and easy going. We stayed in a jacuzzi tub double bed. The tub was amazing and the room was very clean and quite large for the small establishment. All and all of stay here again, it wasn't the worst nor the absolute best place I've stay at here in Oxnard. Plus side 24hr mc donald's isnt to far away.

Loved this place. Nice tall shower, clean room, great bed steady free wifi. If the price hadn't jumped 20 bucks the next day I'd still be there.

A hidden treasure. Rooms are wonderful with full kitchen lovely decor. Weekly rates and great customer service. 24 hour survellienxe...can't wait to go back

Booked a room with a Jacuzzi tub for the second time. Everything was clean and to my liking. The walls insulated street and neighbor noise nicely, parking was ample, and the owner was fantastic as always. Definitely going to be staying here again when the opportunity arises.

Hotel is old but remodeled, well-maintained, clean, and quiet. Booking was fairly straight-forward with a slight exception. I booked online then needed to change my reservation. I called to change and was told to contact reservations via email. I contacted them twice then finally got an email that said, "OK" to my request to change. But when I arrived on my trip, I was told that they were not made aware of the change. So there seems to be a disconnect and lack of communication there. The proprietors were, however, very accommodating. They were sold out of the non-smoking rooms I had reserved so they upgraded me at no charge. Overall, my one night stay was just what I needed -- no fuss, no frills and a good night sleep.

I stayed in another motel the night before I stayed here. The other motel was 20 dollars more expensive and was horrible. I was very pleased with the motel room at palace inn and the price we paid. It was a lot nicer than our previous room and very quiet. Huge flat screen tv on the wall very clean refrigerator and microwave. The bed was super comfy too.
